Stephen Fry, wonderful story teller I am a huge fan of everything Stephen Fry does. He is a treasure to our time. He is open-hearted, kind, knowledgeable and a great human being. Sitting down with this book is like having tea with Stephen. What a wonderful experience.The subject of the book is Greek Mythology. You would think that Ovid and other authors have beat that old horse to death. But, Stephen breathes new life into these stories. His prodigious store of knowledge finds its way into every story. You marvel and laugh and are even shocked by the stories. Very worth while book. Please read it.There is one negative I suppose. It is not a novel. There is no real plot to keep you enthralled. Instead, I find that I have not sat down with Stephen for a while. So that brings me back to the book. What story do you have for me today?Love Stephen Fry's vision of Greek Mythology. Included are full color photos to further your reading experience. If you already read Mythos and loved it, I highly recommend adding this edition to your collection.
